Eric is always on time and very detailed in his work. I have used him on several of my homes and special projects. He explains the work in detail and is honest. I have called other garage door companies and if its not an easy job they have told me they cannot handle what I need. Eric has soved a couple of issues that others will not touch. If you need an honest garage door guy Eric is it !

Eric was quick to respond with a quote! He kept me updated on his arrival time through out the day. He explained the issue with my garage door and gave me two different options on how to fix it. He was ableto fix it same day in under a hour. Overall he was timely, professional, and fair!

They were fantastic! Unfortunately our garage door spring broke on Xmas Eve day. I initially thought it would be days if not a week or so before I'd get somebody out to fix it. I was able to immediately get a hold of emergency garage door company and they set an appointment for the day after Christmas. Eric arrived on time (actually a little early) and he was very knowledgeable and very good about educating me about the process, garage door operation/maintenance, and about the estimated costs. He replaced two springs for $495 and was in and out in under 45 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

Eric was AWESOME!! He came to my home within two hours of my initial call to his business and gave me honest prices. He let me know that replacing was always an option but he knew he could fix it for a fraction of the price!!! Within a couple of hours he had everything fixed and even showed me that my garage door was Wi-Fi enabled and I could open and close from my phone!!! (Now I don’t have to circle back when I think I forgot to close my garage door)Great guy, honest business man and honors his work! You won’t regret hiring this gentleman!!

Excellent service and excellent communications ! We live in Europe and needed a garage door opener fixed while we visited DHS, CA.Ahead of our travels we set up a visit. Eric was perfectly on time, evaluated the situation and gave us good advise and 3 options. Once we decided what to do Eric, was once again perfectly on time and installed the new system. 5 stars for sure !Nice to meet a guy who you can count on and his fair and honest.
